Precision CNC Machining

Whether the product is titanium, zirconium, or any nickel alloy, TiFab has the CNC and manual equipment necessary to machine your part to near perfect precision. Our cnc and manual machining services include turning, drilling, milling and waterjet cutting. If you need metal removed, you can come to TiFab.

The list below is specific to our NJ facility where we perform both machining for in-house projects and a machining subctractor to hundreds of OEMs across North America. Our machines in Canada are not listed below because they mainly perform work in house to serve our fabrication division.

We can turn and drill tube sheets, body flanges, nozzle flanges, and the like in our vertical boring mills, the smallest of which can turn 54” in diameter and the largest being able to turn 120” in diameter. We also do a lot of low tolerance resurfacing after weld buildup repairs on titanium and zirconium pump casings, impellers, valve bodies and stems.
