As a titanium shell heat exchanger fabricator with roots dating back to 1972, TiFab designs and builds shell and tube heat exchangers in titanium, zirconium, and nickel alloys. We work with anticorrosion materials daily, which means we identify cost and delivery solutions that fabricators handling more common metals often overlook. Every unit is custom-engineered to the specific thermal and mechanical requirements of your application.

In-House Design and Engineering
TiFab performs all thermal and mechanical design in-house using multiple licensed software platforms, including HTRI, B-Jac, PV-Elite, and CodeCalc. This means your project moves from engineering through fabrication under one roof, reducing lead times and miscommunication between separate vendors. As a zirconium tube heat exchanger fabricator, we bring the same depth of alloy expertise to every unit we build, whether it calls for Grade 2 titanium or Zirconium 702.
We also stock titanium and zirconium tubing in 3/4" and 1" diameters, which allows us to offer faster turnaround when project timelines are tight.
Condensers, Reboilers, and Beyond
Our heat exchanger capabilities span condensers, reboilers, and coolers in sizes ranging from 8" to 96" in diameter, with lengths up to 50 ft. We have manufactured titanium and titanium-clad condensers for refineries and offshore platforms since the early 1970s. On the reboiler side, we fabricate kettle, recirculating, once-through, and horizontal stab-in configurations for chemical plants producing acetic acid, chlorine, methacrylic acid, and other process chemicals.
Beyond new builds, we also re-tube existing bundles and repair damaged tubesheets, giving you a single point of contact for both new equipment and maintenance of your installed base.
