STEAM SURFACE CONDENSERS by Titanium Fabrication Corporation
back to Surface Condenser
Steam surface condensers are specifically designed to condense turbine exhaust steam for process mechanical drive and power generation applications. Steam turbine drives, and their associated steam surface condensers are major prime movers in process plants. Additionally, in-plant power generation is important for some process and refining units. Round steam surface condensers are typically utilised on;
- Process plants such as; Ethylene, Methanol, PTA, Ammonia, Urea and many others
- Oil and Gas refining / production
- Small (up to 65MW) Fossil Fuel, Gas, Co-generation & Geothermal power plants
- Waste to energy plant
- Marine (shipping)
- Desalination
TYPICAL CONDENSER APPLICATION
TiFab in house condenser design capabilities provide the following;
- Thermal design
- Mechanical design
- Vibration analysis
- Custom configurations to meet specific customer project requirements
- Various materials of construction
